All products sold by Genesis Peptides are intended strictly for in-vitro research and laboratory use only. They are not for human consumption, veterinary use, or any therapeutic application. By purchasing, you confirm that you will use the products solely for legitimate research purposes and in line with all laws that apply to you.

Nothing on this website is medical advice. We make no claim that any product is safe or suitable for any use outside the laboratory.

Product descriptions, images and information are provided in good faith. Colours and packaging may vary slightly from what is shown on the website.

Quality and testing

We aim to supply products that match their stated description, strength and purity. You can read more on our Quality control and testing page, and you can ask for the Certificate of Analysis for your batch by messaging us on WhatsApp.

Ordering and payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£). We may change prices at any time, but a change will not affect an order you have already placed and we have confirmed.

Your order is an offer to buy from us. A contract is formed only when we confirm that your order has been accepted. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, for example if a product is out of stock, a price was shown by mistake, or we suspect fraud or misuse. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.

Payment must be received in full before we dispatch your order.

Shipping and delivery

Delivery: United Kingdom only.

• £16.25 Royal Mail Saturday Special Delivery (signed for, guaranteed by 1pm)

Please make sure your delivery address is correct. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost because of a wrong or incomplete address. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. See our Delivery policy for more.

Returns and refunds

We handle all returns and refunds through WhatsApp. Please message us on +44 7343 047659 before sending anything back.

• If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will offer a replacement or a refund
• Unopened products in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery, once we have approved the return
• Opened, reconstituted or tampered products cannot be returned unless they are faulty

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to Genesis Peptides or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse it without our written permission.
