Batch numbers and traceability

Each product is supplied with a batch number on its label. This lets us trace the product back to its test results and its supplier if a question ever comes up. Please keep your batch number and quote it when you contact us.

Certificates of analysis (COA)

A Certificate of Analysis is a laboratory report that shows the test results for a specific batch. You can request the COA for your batch at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp at +44 7343 047659 with your product name and batch number. Published certificates are also available in our certificate library.

Packaging, storage and handling

We pack products in sealed, labelled containers to protect them in transit. Every product is checked for correct labelling and intact seals before it leaves us.

To keep products in the best condition once they arrive:

• Store them as shown on the product label or product page
• Keep them away from heat, moisture and direct light
• Do not open or reconstitute a product until you are ready to use it in your research
• Follow safe laboratory handling practice at all times

Our quality checks before dispatch

Before an order is sent we check that:

• The product name, strength and batch number match the order
• The seals and caps are intact
• The labelling is clear and correct
• The packaging is secure and suitable for shipping

If you have a quality concern

If you think a product does not meet our standards, please tell us straight away. Message us on WhatsApp at +44 7343 047659 with your order number, the product name, the batch number and photos where possible. We will review your concern, check the batch records and reply as quickly as we can. If the product is found to be faulty, our Returns and refunds policy applies.
